The McKay Gardens Community Festival, generously supported by Brimbank Council is in its 7th year and is a highlight on many young families calendars in the area. This year the Festival will be held on Sunday 17th March from 12pm-5pm and it will be our biggest and best one yet!
There is a Kids Corner with free face painting and Simsalabim the roving Wizard, a Fitnesso Corner with Brimbank District Girl Guides, and local sporting clubs putting on activities for the kids, games and prizes.
There is an Entertainment stage of multicultural performances and hot food, coffee, cold beverages and ice cream.
To learn about these beautiful gardens, there is also a self guided Oak walk and photographic history of the Sunshine Harvester Works and the Gardens built by H V McKay for his workers
